Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)

Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products offered by Pugin Hybrid Nutrition Sàrl ("PHN") through its websites www.phnutrition.ch and www.phnb4t.ch. They define the respective rights and obligations of PHN and the customer.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered are dietary supplements and nutrition-related items, compliant with Swiss legislation. Photographs and descriptions on the website are for illustrative purposes only and have no contractual value.

Article 3 – Orders

Any order placed on the website constitutes a firm and final acceptance by the customer. PHN reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of a previous dispute with the customer, suspected fraud, or non-payment.

Article 4 – Prices

Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), inclusive of all applicable taxes. PHN reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced at the rate applicable at the time of order confirmation.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are specified during checkout. Transactions are secured through third-party payment providers.

Article 6 – Delivery

Products are shipped within Switzerland and internationally via carriers selected by PHN (e.g., Swiss Post). Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination and carrier. PHN shall not be held liable for delays beyond its control.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal

EU customers benefit from a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. In Switzerland, no statutory withdrawal right applies; however, PHN accepts returns within 14 days provided the products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Article 8 – Returns and refunds

Returned products must be sent at the customer's expense to the address provided by PHN. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable period after receipt and inspection of the returned goods. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Article 9 – Warranty and liability

PHN guarantees that its products comply with Swiss law and are suitable for their intended purpose. PHN shall not be held liable for damages caused by misuse, improper storage, or consumption not in accordance with product instructions.

Article 10 – Customer account

Customers may create an account to facilitate ordering. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.

Article 11 – Intellectual property

All content on the websites (texts, images, logos, trademarks, designs) is the exclusive property of PHN or its partners. Any reproduction or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Article 12 – Data protection

Personal data is collected and processed in compliance with Swiss data protection law and the GDPR. Details are provided in PHN's Privacy Policy.

Article 13 – Force majeure

PHN shall not be held liable in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, pandemics, etc.) preventing the execution of its obligations.

Article 14 – Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
